For over 18 years, I’ve worked in hospitality, from high-volume restaurants to ultra-luxury dining environments. I’ve seen what guests expect, what they remember, and what truly elevates experiences.
Growing up in New Delhi, India surrounded by diverse cultures and bold flavors, I became drawn to how food tells a story. Every spice, every technique, every dish carries something deeper a connection to people, places, and moments.
